Returns

Each piece in our shop is hand-made to order in our Kerhonkson, NY studio. We want you to be happy with what you receive, and the terms below set expectations about what's returnable, what isn't, and when responsibility for a piece transfers from us to you.

Made-to-order pieces — final sale. Every piece currently listed in our shop is made to order. Custom, made-to-order, and commissioned works are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any item made specifically to a client's specifications, dimensions, wood selection, finish, or design preferences.

Because each piece is shaped by hand from selected wood, there will be natural variation between examples of the same design. That variation is part of the work, not a defect.

In-stock items — 7 days. In-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping terms. All shipments are FOB Shipping Point. Title transfers to the buyer once the item leaves our studio.

Acknowledgment. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these return and shipping terms.
